Crea Shot 2.0 is a preparation recommended for use before strength and endurance training. It is a combination of several forms of creatine, beta-alanine, arginine, glutamine, B vitamins and electrolytes. Creatine intake increases physical performance during short-term, repetitive, high-intensity exercise. Beta-Alanine is a component of the dipeptide carnosine. Beta-alanine, by delaying the onset of fatigue, allows you to extend the training time. Arginine is an amino acid that performs many biochemical functions in the body, including is a precursor to the release of nitric oxide (NO).
