The HD10MD3 HD to SDI Downconverter with P-Tap Adapter Cable Kit combines AJA's HD10MD3 miniature downconverter with a D-Tap power adapter. The dual-rate downconverter take the HD-SDI signal is replicated to two HD-SDI outputs and, at the same time, takes any HD/SD-SDI signal and converts it to an SDI or composite/component signal. Meanwhile the D-Tap adapter lets you to plug into any V-Mount or Gold Mount battery to power both the HD10MD3 and various 12V accessories used on a camera rig.

Also, the adapter can serve as a signal amplifier on long HD-SDI lines.
