Construction Project Manager

The Role:
As a Construction Project Manager at Vaisu OU, you will manage and supervise various construction projects in north of Sweden.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved with…
• Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
• Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
• Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project
• Selecting and leading a project team
• Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
• Directing a multi-disciplinary team
• Communicating with staff at every level, in a calm, personable way
• Overseeing several projects at the same time
• Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
• Resolving any issues or delays
• Working on a construction site

We would love to hear from you if you have …
• Substantial project management experience in construction at least 3 year.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• B category driving licences
• Good lagnguage level in Russian and English.
• Any academic education in the field of construction is a plus.
