Hammer elliptical cross trainer, magnetic resistance system and 20 kilogram flywheel. Designed for training at home, it allows you to effectively lose weight and harmoniously develop the whole body - during exercise, the device engages not only the lower muscle parts, but also the back, stomach and hands.

The resistance is adjusted electronically using a computer. 16 levels in the 10-350 W range offer a wide range of options that allow you to tailor the load to the individual needs of the person exercising. The elliptical cross trainer has been equipped with front transport wheels. Thanks to them, you can easily move it and put it somewhere in the corner after training.

The computer displays basic training data. It measures time, distance, speed, calories burned and pulse height recorded by touch sensors placed on handles. Optionally, heart rate can be measured using a telemetry belt. 12 training programs allow you to train more efficiently and quickly achieve your goals.
