Kommunaalkulud suvisel ajal on u. 160€ ja kõige külmemal kuul u. 250€. Lisandub elektrikulu ja tasu TV ning interneti eest. Radiaatorid, küttesüsteemi torud, kanalisatsooni ja vee torud on vahetatud.

3-room apartment is for rent in Tedre street 10, Kristiine district, Tallinn. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and the windows open on both sides of the building. The apartment has a hallway, kitchen/living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Free parking in front of the house.

The walls of the apartment are plastered and the ceiling is white. The floor is oiled. The lighting is mainly solved with LED lights. Windows with 2X plastic frames can also be opened to the micro-ventilation position. There is a light/ceiling fan in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms, which ensures a good night's sleep on a hot summer night. In the same room, there is a bicycle wall mount next to the door. The wall section with frosted glass on the side of the living room gives additional light to the bathroom. Air exchange is ensured by the heat recovery ventilation system in the whole house. You can also use a humidifier, which adds comfort during the winter months. A stove with two ceramic heating zones and two gas burners (gas can be obtained from a cylinder) is installed in the "island" part of the kitchen. The kitchen has an integrated refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an integrated dishwasher and an oven. A food crusher is installed in one part of the sink to reduce blockages. The washing machine is located in the bathroom sink cabinet. The tenant can use all the furniture and equipment shown in the pictures.

Electricity meter readings are transmitted by remote reading. Guests can announce their arrival via a phone lock. The tenant must connect to the TV and internet service provider himself. Utility costs in summer are approx. 160€ and in the coldest month approx. 250€. Electricity costs and fees for TV and internet are added.
