We are offering a 1927 NSU 502 T for sale.

The motorcycle was carefully restored and mechanically refurbished by its previous owner over an extended period, with a great deal of time and effort invested in the process. Particular attention was paid to preserving the original charm and authentic appearance of the machine.

During the restoration, the engine and gearbox were overhauled. The wheels were fitted with new spokes, repainted, and equipped with new tires. All control cables were also replaced. The clutch was converted to a high-quality, reliable dry clutch.

The NSU is in running and riding condition, starts reliably, and is in good mechanical condition.

This 1927 NSU 502 T is an interesting transitional model leading to the NSU 501 T, both of which were produced simultaneously in 1927.

As a result, this motorcycle already features several characteristics associated with its successor, including wire-spoked wheels, a front brake, and side-mounted toolboxes.

The motorcycle is powered by the distinctive V-twin engine with an inlet-over-exhaust (IOE) valve configuration. Its unique engine sound is one of the defining characteristics that make these early NSU twin-cylinder motorcycles so appealing.

A particularly valuable feature is the surviving original pre-war German registration document, which further enhances the motorcycle's historical significance and value.
